Dalhousie Founded in 1854 by Lord Dalhousie, the British Governor-General of India.
It served as a popular summer retreat during the British Raj.
The town is spread across five hills: Kathalagh, Potreyn, Terah (Moti Tibba), Bakrota, and Bhangora.

Places to visit:-

Khajjiar: (20km) Known as "Mini Switzerland", a beautiful meadow with a lake.
Dainkund peak: (11km) Offers stunning views and is known as the "Singing Hill".
Panchpula: (3.2km) A scenic spot with waterfalls and a memorial.
Satdhara Falls: (3Km) Satdhara" means "seven springs," as the waterfall is where the waters of seven springs come together. The water here is believed to contain mica, which has medicinal properties and is said to be beneficial for skin diseases.
St. Francis Church: (2.2Km) St. Francis Church is a historic Catholic church in Dalhousie. It was built in 1894. It is located on a hilltop and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.
Kalatop Wildlife Sanctuary: (11.4km) is a haven for nature lovers, offering a chance to spot diverse wildlife and enjoy the scenic beauty of the Himalayas.
