Day 1: Chandigarh to Manali (travel), evening explore Mall Road.
Day 2: Manali local sightseeing (Hadimba Temple, Monastery, Vashisht, Old Manali) etc..
Day 3: Solang Valley, atal tunnel, sissu /Rohtang Pass (weather permitting).
Day 4: explore kullu on the way and dropping chandigarh for your onward journey.
