Welcome to Kairos Roam. by accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms. please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Kairos Roam acts as a facilitator between travelers and third-party service providers (Airlines, Hotels, Transporters). Our responsibility is limited to processing your bookings and providing travel consultation.

2. Booking & Payments

• Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate names (as per passport/ID), dates, and contact details.
• Payment: Bookings are only confirmed once full or stipulated deposit payments are received.
• Pricing: Prices are subject to change due to Peak season, blackout dates or fuel surcharges until the final booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Provider Policies: All cancellations are subject to the specific terms of the airline, hotel or transporter involved.
• Seevice Fee: Kairos Roam reserves the right to charge a non-refundable service fee for processing cancellations or modifications.
• Refund Timeline: Approved refunds usually take 7-14 business days to process, depending on the bank and third-party provider.

4. User Responsibilities (id, passports, visas)

• Documentation: It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to ensure they have a valid Id, Passport (minimum 6 months validity if foreign citizen) and the necessary visas/health certificates for their destination.
• Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Kairos Roam is not liable for costs arising from accidents, illness, or loss of baggage.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kairos Roam shall not be liable for:

• Delays, cancellations or overbookings caused by third-party providers.
• Natural disasters, strikes, or "Acts of God" (Force Majeure).
• Personal injury or property damage during the course of the trip.

6. Prohibited Use

Users are Prohibited from:

• Using the site for fraudulent or speculative bookings.
• Extracting data (scraping) for commercail purposes.
• Posting defamatory or unlawful content on our review sections.

7. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
